Is Chat to Office free?
Yes. After the Beta, the Free plan includes five shared current-answer or Q&A exports per day and three full-conversation exports per month. Pro removes those limits.
Does it upload my AI conversations?
Word, Markdown, and TXT are processed locally. If you explicitly choose cloud PDF, only the selected export content is temporarily sent over HTTPS to the secure Cloudflare rendering service. Chat to Office does not retain it, and System Print remains available as a local fallback.
Is Chat to Office affiliated with the supported AI platforms?
No. Chat to Office is an independent browser extension and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the third-party AI services it supports.
