Refund Policy
Free plan and Beta
The Free plan and the current public Beta do not collect payment, so there is no charge to refund.
Pro purchases
Unless a different policy is shown at checkout, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original Pro purchase when the paid feature materially does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@surveykit.cc with the purchase email, order identifier, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within three business days. Do not send payment-card details.
Processing
Eligible refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances. If a purchase is processed by Creem, the refund will be issued through Creem to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
Abuse and statutory rights
Refunds may be declined in cases of fraud, abuse, or material violation of the Terms of Service. This policy does not limit consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time using the subscription-management option provided with the purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues as indicated during cancellation, but canceling does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or covered by the refund terms above.
